Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum


Highlights of Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum include the Championship Trophies, a 200° cinema screen and a 'walk-through' of the men's dressing room as it was in the 1980s, with John McEnroe. The museum is open throughout the year, daily: 10.00am - 5pm. Last admission is 4.30pm.

Centre Court returns to the Guided Tours


Tennis fans have the opportunity to see for themselves the roof on Centre Court first hand from a superb vantage point facing the Royal Box. 

Visitors to the Museum can take Guided Tours of the Grounds on most days throughout the year.

You are strongly advised to book in advance by booking online as tours are invariably full and we cannot guarantee places to those who have not booked in advance or phone 020 8946 6131.

2009 Champions' kits at the museum


Visitors to Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum will be able to see the outfits of the 2009 Wimbledon champions, Roger Federer and Serena Williams. 2009 runner-up and five-time Wimbledon champion - Serena's sister, Venus - will also be on display in the museum's Wimbledon 2009 showcase.

Fred Perry exhibition at the Museum


Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum is currently displaying an exhibition dedicated to Fred Perry, the last Englishman to win at Wimbledon, during the year of the 100th Anniversary of his birth.

Highlights of the exhibition include a pair of Fred Perry’s cream tennis shorts, an engraved silver mounted cigarette box from the AELTC and his 1936 Renshaw Cup. The exhibition runs until Easter 2010.
